The service is based on directly connecting users with a specialized lawyer for real-time legal advice, ensuring rapid response to cases of detention, threats of deportation, arrest, and personal status matters, within a professional and efficient legal framework.

Working Hours:

Working days: Sunday to Thursday

Working hours: 4 hours per day, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Cairo time).

If you contact us outside working hours, your message will be responded to as soon as work resumes and the request is received.
