Seventh anniversary statement

Arabic

Seven years since the founding meeting of the "Refugee Platform in Egypt."

Seven years of work, participation, learning, trying, innovating, legal struggle, and being targeted. We served tens of thousands of clients in our communities — refugees and migrants who needed us most. We refined our tools, shared knowledge, built partnerships that amplify voices, and stood firm against every obstacle.

From legal clinics to advocacy campaigns, from data-driven reports to emergency response — every step driven by our shared commitment to dignity and justice. Grateful to our team, our partners, and the resilient communities we serve. To the next seven years of impact.

"The greatest experience of my life. The Refugee Platform in Egypt is not a job — it's a family to me. Thanks to everyone who contributed, worked, volunteered, supported, and showed solidarity."

English

Seven years ago today, the founders of the Refugees Platform in Egypt gathered for our very first meeting.

What started as a spark of hope has grown into seven years of relentless work, collaboration, learning, bold experiments, innovation, legal battles, and even targeted challenges. We've served tens of thousands of clients across our communities — refugees and migrants who needed us most. We've honed our tools, shared knowledge far and wide, built partnerships that amplify voices, and stood firm against every obstacle.

From legal aid clinics to advocacy campaigns, data-driven reports to emergency response, every step has been fueled by our shared commitment to dignity and justice. Grateful for our team, partners, and the resilient communities we serve. Here's to the next seven years of impact.

"The greatest experience of my life. The Refugees Platform in Egypt is not a job but a family for me. Thank you to everyone who contributed, worked, volunteered, supported, and showed solidarity."
